Baileys provided the correct bar and chain and delivered in just two days. This was after ordering thru Amazon and having them send an incorrect bar and incorrect chain, which I had to then return both items. I have used Bailey's online since 2002 and have never had a problem with their service or products. Bailey's always gets it right the first time.
Great for tree work equipment. I wok for city of San Francisco and we get our gear from Baileys. Great gear Excellent customer service . Never have issues with large orders
Good Company and Website to work with. Shipping time is a little longer than I like but then Amazon spoiled us all.
The OEM product was great- works perfectly. Shipping was very slow.
