Purchased a pole saw from Bailey’s. They told me that it was 8 foot long. It ended up being about 11 foot long with the blade. The thing weighs as much as a gas powered still poles saw so I contacted them. They give me a shipping label for return. I get down to UPS to send it back to him. I paid 300 and some dollars for the pole saw that’s exactly what they wanted in order to ship it back to them at UPS buyer beware this is not the first problem that I’ve had with Bailey’s one time they left out about a $15 carabiner out of ... read more

Baileys provided the correct bar and chain and delivered in just two days. This was after ordering thru Amazon and having them send an incorrect bar and incorrect chain, which I had to then return both items. I have used Bailey's online since 2002 and have never had a problem with their service or products. Bailey's always gets it right the first time.
