When I bought a small forest 20 years ago, much of what I needed I bought here. A month ago I decided to get a new bull rope. I thought the old one was a 5/8, but I worried about it since it measured 3/4. It is unusual for a product to be bigger. I ordered a new 5/8. It was a good price and came very quickly. The new one also looks like a 3/4 and is working well. With both I can pull trees from quite a distance.
I ordered a a pair of wild ass blue jeans, the next morning I saw it had the wrong address, phoned Bailey 's and it was corrected right away. Product shipped out that morning and I received it in three days . Prompt shipping and great customer service.
Great people that understand their customers and products. I have been doing business with Baileys since about 1981. I was impressed when Billy Bailey extended credit for new saw to my friend, a timber faller, who was in a tight spot. This was before everyone had a credit card. Still a great company, and my first go-to choice when I need something for cutting wood.
