Bailey's lost a customer in us. We went to look at matresses and I told one of the two women working that the ones I was trying were all feeling too hard. Instead of offering to help find a softer variety of matresses in the store they stopped their conversation between each other long enough to giggle at my comment as if I was joking. We left and bought a matress at a different store.
