Would not recommend. I purchased a 10 inch full size mattress from Baileys as a birthday gift. They asked if I’d like delivery for $90 and said the soonest they could deliver was Wednesday. Wanting it sooner I choose to pick it up. The warehouse “closed early” when we request to pick it up that day and we’re told to come back with proof of the order the following day. We purchased a new bed frame over a week ago. We were told it had bed slats for a king bed they were included. We went to pick the bed up today. The bed came with four small bed slats which wouldn’t support a normal bed. We asked them to unbox the bed to inspect, the headboard was cracked. We were asked if we still wanted it? We said no?!? Wont stand behind their warranty. Said my leather sofa was too hairy too work on even though it has a bent frame and was purchased less than a year ago.
totally misrepresented their warrantee and support on furniture I bought, they said they would come to my house and fix anything within 5 years, so I figured it had to be quality for them to say that, well $1300 in sofa, loveseat and recliner fell apart in less than 2 years and now they say it is out of warrantee and to fix it I must bring it to them and $45 a hour they will fix it and warrantee it for 1 year...I was totally lied to, or the sales person did not know the truth about support and warrantee. After spending 2 hours yesterday and telling the sales Lady we would be back today to purchase and going back today and spending an hour and half only for her to tell us that they don't have the mattress and boxspring in stock and the mattress would take 2 weeks to get and boxspring 4-6 weeks!! Maybe we should have been told that before we wasted 2 days shopping for a mattress? Super irritating and probably won't return.
Very good customer service and the selection was amazing. If they didn't have the piece on the floor, they were more than willing to special order it. We left feeling very satisfied with our treatment all the way through the buying process. We will be buying the rest of our living room set through them.
