I am delighted to find this opportunity to review BS&G, but disappointed that I cannot rate them more highly. My wife passed away in early January of this year (2013) after a 10-year battle with an autoimmune. Needless to say, the last year was particularly chaotic, and my personal record keeping reflected the problem. Russ Stube and his staff led by Rae Salah stepped in, "made it right", and are still supporting me almost a year afterwards.
