Good Place to go to and shop
In the Bay store, I tried to get a salesman's attention a couple of times but he wouldn't acknowledge. Two guys walk up, ask for prices on a boatload of materials and he bows down to them! After a few minutes of these guys changing amounts and types of materials, I let the salesman know how I felt about his antics. Too bad I can't give 0 stars.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Not sure who they are paying for their good ratings, but I ordered a door (special order) they ordered wrong size and now they refuse to correct problem. Not the kind of business I will give my money to in the future!
