I retained this firm for my patent case. Michael Erike was handling the filing, which started out ok. He then suddenly disappeared from the firm and communication became poor, if at all. I was charged multiple unexpected fees. When I raised my concerns, they refunded my fees, which left me scrambling to finish the patent filing process myself.
