Matthew and the paralegal both asked a lot of questions and were the ONLY ones- out of a half dozen consults- who took notes, and they took copious ones. I did not follow their advice to file for conservatorship because it would have cost $5k and I knew how much it would upset the sibling draining my parents' accounts, from whom I was seeking protection.
