I am disappointed in the Bailey Law Firm. It might be just how they handle small estate probate. From how this progressed, it is apparent that there is some sort of checklist of things required before going to court. Instead, we were given one small step, and once we provided documentation that it was done we heard nothing. After waiting several weeks, we had to ask what’s next and then get the next small step.
