Was originally dealing with TD bank directly and i felt like they didnt take my application seriously and goosed me around. I reached out to Bailey at 10:50 at night thinking he would message the next morning, i was wrong! I had a response back in less then 5 min. He had me approved and ready to go within days and didn't delay the process we already started. If anything he sped it up greatly! I trust Bailey and highly highly recommend him!!!

Bailey is incredible at his job. He helped us out so much and in the process was proactive, kind and knowledgeable. He ended up getting us something even better than we anticipated. We couldn't have done it without him and highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a mortgage
