Seller side, so not our choice — and we were treated as second class. Three stars is generous, and only because Mom’s signing session was smooth and quick once the attorney deigned to meet with us. Morning began with a last minute panic over an equity line payoff that paralegal (Cindy) should have obtained. She never returned my calls, so we rushed to obtain & deliver paperwork 40 minutes before our closing appt. We killed time for 30 minutes, then arrived 10 minutes early for our appt — and were told to wait because buyer h... read more
