Led me to believe that they did wire transfers for real estate closings. On the paperwork, I opted to have a wire transfer and after the Home closed they said they don’t offer that option. And I see from previous ratings that as of six months ago, they did the same thing to somebody else so they put it on their paperwork to make you think one thing and then do another… Very shady practice.
DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM TO CLOSE A REAL ESTATE DEAL. Extraordinarily unprofessional, overcharge and were not able to wire funds to close the deal.
