CHARLES Busby-HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING. ARROGANT. Totally unprepared for our visit. Even though I sent info 2 weeks in advance and VERIFIED it was in their inbox we had to sit while he searched for our files and then made changes. He even asked WHY we were there. Check appt book! Clearly stated in appt book and in emails. CLEAR? After 1 hour of our valuable time while he made changes that should have been made BEFORE we arrived, he then refused to execute.
