We have had great experience with Bailey. The only negative review was from somebody who didn't do business with Bailey.
I had this company reupholster a chair and ottomans. I wasted a lot of money on beautiful fabric. Very much a below average job. Wavy seams and welting. The corners came out terrible. They also should have known that they should not have used the fabric for the welting….as it is slowly fraying… a function of the type of fabric, they should have foreseen this and we should have used the ultra shade that we had, but they did not think of it. These guys have no concern for other people. They parked their moving truck in a No Parking Anytime Zone in a one way alley and when asked politely to move forward 5 feet so people could pass along the side, they said no and took 20 mins to move 1 chair into a 2 story building. They didn't care that they created a traffic jam on a busy street or made people late for their jobs. I would not give my business to people that are so rude and inconsiderate.
Bailey & Sons Upholstery provided exceptional service in replacing the vinyl on the center console of my 2013 Honda Pilot. Turk was quick, friendly, and delivered excellent results. Not only did he complete the job efficiently, but their prices were also affordable. I highly recommend Bailey & Sons Upholstery for all your upholstery needs.
