Disorganized and incapable of handling even the smallest legal details. Amy was either literally on my husband's payroll or was blatantly incompetent. I really would have been better off to go to court unrepresented. Amy Bailey advised me to install camera's when my husband broke into my house on 2 occasions, rather than calling the police. She "forgot" to ask planned testimonial questions and refused to submit documented evidence relative to abuse and then flat out told me that no one would care anyway....
