Marine Max was very professional from start to finish with helping us purchase our new boat. I thought the price was very fair and the service was incredible, Tom made us feel like a part of the family and the financing was a breeze with the office. Total garbage. Everyone there needs to be fired. We bought a new boat, but it wasn't a $1million plus so we were trash. First outing, the battery was dead, not recharge dead, but done dead. I literally had to tell the tech to test it first because I maintain my own vehicles. Next outing. Things are good, except a hydraulic hose for the steering system came undone, meaning I had to slam it in reverse to prevent slamming into the bank. All went well during the sale process at least I thought it did. I bought used boat they had it torn apart putting all back together with new components as I was told including pumps at least I thought they were none of pumps were replace I found out they are corroded the live well pump the 2 fish boxes no telling the pumps I can’t see. Then my battery on my generator went out and they wanted to charge me almost 600 to do service call to warranty there work. I had replace 2 pumps and batter so far. My husband (Jim) and I purchased our second boat from MarineMax on June 2, 2025. This was our second purchase; my father-in-law made many purchases in the past from MarineMax as well. We would just like to say this experience by far was top-notch - from the receptionist at the front desk, the salesman, the captain who provided us on-the-water training, the service employees, the employees walking around the facility at the time, etc. But, it was John Powell, our salesperson, who sealed our decision.
