Rude staff and mouldy food, definitely gonna avoid it in the future
Refuses card payment. Refused to take my Scottish £10 (legal tender). Oh well I won’t be back.
I go back to the store to show that a drink is past expiration date and the store guy says that I am just trying to change the drink for something else why would I want to change it if I bought 3 of it clearly I like it but he is be rude saying I am trying to change it for something else and when he comes in he says have I opened that bottle before I paid for it when I paid for it 1 hour ago the drink just tasted off like something bad the guy just refused to give me an exchange for something else even tho I didn’t open 2 bo... read more
Very disappointed with this store. The man behind the counter has always been extremely rude to me when I go in there, he either completely disregards my existence or grunts rudely. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. On this occasion I was called "stupid" directly to my face for parking my car on the road outside the shop as I nipped in to send a parcel. Bearing in mind there was lots of free space and it was perfectly fine and legal to park there. I will not be using this store again.
