Driver experience with trucking companies is largely self-determined; these companies are not childcare providers. My eight-year tenure with BAH (as of April 2017) demonstrates that a willingness to work and compromise results in respectful and ethical treatment. Furthermore, annual gross income exceeding $100,000 and work-life balance are achievable. No other company offers a comparable experience.

I was on my 10-hour break getting my sleep dispatch called me and I didn't wake up to answer the phone and they put me on a safety hold which was ridiculous because me answering the phone when I'm at home has nothing to do with the truck I parked the truck at the terminal.
