Horrific Experience – Rude Staff, Neglected Pets, and Police Called on My Wife We dropped off three pets at 12:00 noon, exactly as scheduled. The groomer told us they’d be ready in about three hours. We have been going to Baer’s for several years. We presently have three dogs in their Care Plan. I can’t tell you how many times our Saturday appointments have had to been rescheduled because of some extenuating circumstances on their part. My wife and I both work and Saturday appointments are vital. Regardless of the aforementioned problems, this past weekend I had a horrible experience.
