Sales staff is knowledgeable,and friendly. They gave time to browse with out being followed or pressured to buy. The delivery guys were on time, professional and clieaned up packing supples. My only complaint is that when the furniture was delivered one pieces was forgotten at the warehouse and had to be rescheduled for delivery
