Purchased and paid in full ahead of delivery for a Vanguard bedroom set. Had a horrible experience. Pieces dirty, damaged wood ext. 4 different deliveries and ended up with scraped pulls on the drawers that I asked the Manager to replace. Never got them replaced. I personally will never buy from Baer’s again.
3 electric recliner sofa. Replaced 2time 3 time repaired but not fixed right. I still don't have a sofa. Bought in August 2019. Now its November and no couch. Its not worth the headache. And damaged new floor! Larry Elliott #Bad Service
Friendly, professional and polite was our salesperson, Mindy Mazer. Having purchased cocktail tables, end tables, an oxcart bar, and a large living room hutch for our home in Vero Beach, my family and I were impressed with the available offerings from Baer's Furniture. A big difference from other "big box" furniture outlets and real wood to boot. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They will not call you back, answer the phone and do not care once the sale is made. We tried for 2 days to get a return call from the manager Rene and our salesman Michael. Called 4 times to get one reply on day 2. Wrong chairs arrived. Previous order could not be found and had to call numerous times. Do not understand how a company can do business this way. I have had it with Baer's. The customer is not given any consideration. On Tuesday, I was called that an item I ordered (I am a designer) was in and ready for delivery. As I was near the store it was ordered from I went in, spoke with the sales person and the office to arrange delivery. They were to call me today, Thursday to confirm Saturday morning delivery. They did not. They sent an email saying it would be delivered Saturday afternoon. I have two customer appointments on Saturday afternoon. They refuse to do anything ab... read more

Worst customer service I have experienced since the last time I called comcast!!! My furniture was to be delivered yesterday between 1 and 5 pm. My fiancee would be at work during that time, so at 8:30 am yesterday I called them to give them my number number for the delivery men to call so that I could be there. I confirmed with the gentleman on the phone that he had the correct number by asking him to recite it, and he said "it was updated in the system". Well, the entire day passes yesterday without a phone call. So this m... read more
