Excellent quality furniture, great selection, fair prices. The delivery guys are awesome.
I am writing this review even though we are still waiting for more of our furniture to arrive. What a nightmare experience we have had with our $28,000 furniture purchase. We are so far on delivery number two, and have been waiting for more than two months, for an order that did not have any custom fabric or had to be built to demand. If there is any other place you can buy your furniture, I would start there first. I do not understand how a company that is so bad at what they do stays in business.
Wonderful experience with Baer Furniture in Winter Garden, FL. Our designer, Makayla Matzen, is great to work with. Very pleased with the furniture we purchased. White glove delivery was great.
Mr. Stewart Peterson is simply an amazing Sales Associate. From start to finish, he had our best interest at heart. We gave him our wishes and he gave us a very practical and ergonomic desk. The delivery, Was on time, professional and Personable. They took their time putting the desk Together and placing said piece exactly where we wanted it. This is a company that stands behind their merchandise And is customer Conscience. Thanks. Baer!!!!
Winston and Dee delivered our bedroom furniture yesterday! They were on time, very professional, and friendly! They work hard and get the job done with smiles on their faces!! I had a wonderful, easy time purchasing my furniture from Ellen Thompson at the Winter ) Garden location. I highly recommend shopping here for any furniture needs!!! The selection is huge and the staff are so friendly. No pressure just great customer service.
