Recently, we purchased a sectional, which was not to our satisfaction. Steve, the manager, and Mr. Baer stepped in with our salesman, Sage, to resolve the issue. Their attention to the matter was unsurpassed. We now have the couch of our dreams. We are very grateful and will continue to shop at Baer’s.        Thanks again Len and Janice Barden

We purchased furniture from Baers for 6 rooms in our new home.  It took longer than expected for our home to be built, Baers stored our furniture for a long period of time safely.  The furniture arrived in perfect condition!  We had assistance from Brenda Clark their design consultant, she was correct about everything, the furniture fits perfectly and it looks great , like a professional designer would do !!!!!  I want to mention how exceptional the three delivery men were.  Dekivious, Matthew and Winston worked so well as a... read more

I purchased a chair on my credit card. From Baer's July 10th 2025. The following day I went in to cancel my order. They refused to refund my money instead, gave me a store credit. Even though I am a customer who had recently purchased a mattress and a bedroom set from them. I will not be shopping there again. I'm waiting on my credit card company to do their investigation. This purchase was not a special order. It was not a floor sample. So be careful when you make a purchase there.

Horrible. The Warranty that they sold me at first denied I had an active warranty and then they refused to do the repairs (the fabric was peeling off 3 out of 4 pieces of furniture. Mangement has not called me nor reached out to. I'll keep everyone posted.

2 weeks ago wrote a review on the Baer's Website. Someone at Bear's responded that Gary Peacock would be reaching out to me. He did and after many more lengthy phone calls and conversations....Guess what - no dresser and being told today by an email from the salesperson it will be January? January? What? I order a piece in August - have it delivered damaged several times and then still have to wait until next year?
