I recently purchased a bedroom set, mattress/box spring and lamps from the Ft. Lauderdale, FL store. My design consultant, Rich was absolutely wonderful. He couldn't have been more helpful. I had some issues with one of the night tables ( with a Travertine stone top). Unfortunately, there was damage. It did take a few times to get one that was to my satisfaction. I was so disappointed about the way how they do business at Baer's furniture. After I made a purchase and paid the money and the day they delivered the furniture to my place and found out that they are defective and refurbished I called the manager of the store he promised to call me back and never did. I am stuck with paying the credit card because they refused to reimbursed me by telling me that they will fix the end tables for me, unbelievable and I am sure that the furniture was refurbished because of the way they looked... read more

Horrible customer support. Still waiting for replacement bar stools. Also took 4 months of persistent badgering to get a refund for damaged dining set. Was promised the stars over and over. It would take thousands of words to describe the **** ***** **** has put us through.
