Furniture was dirty on the bottom of the drawers ruined whole drawer of undergarments Furniture was supposed to arrive the end of December. Finally received first weekend in March. No communication with the store in Sarasota. Furniture finally delivered and under the drawers was dirty. Ruined a whole drawer of undergarments. Phoned and e-mail numerous times. we purchased a leather sofa and chair from baers port charlotte on 11/8. at delivery the driver noticed two damaged legs and reported them to the store. a woman came out to "fix" them and left after 2 mins saying they needed replacement, which takes 5-6 weeks. its now april, 6 months later, 4 calls and 1 store visit with no legs.

We have been loyal Baer's customers since moving to FL about a year and a half ago. So far we furnished a condominium, 2 rooms in a house and a complete apartment for my father-in-law. We love our salesman ****** at the West Palm Beach store and have good interactions with the store manager. The problems we've encountered are after the sale and primarily with the delivery system as a whole. When scheduling a delivery we were allowed to pick a day. IF I RAN MY COMPANY LIKE THEY DO THEIRS> I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!! Beautiful furniture some constructed well and some not so well, and very poor customer service. Sales people and customer service could care less. My wife and I spent over 10k on day one. Went back 3 more times in less than a week and purchased another 4k plus. Talked to their flooring manager about purchasing some flooring for our new home which would have been another 12 to 17k. Don' buy from Baer's Furniture, we were a great customer and then purchased two Natuzzi leather chairs and it's been a nightmare. Even Mr. Baer himself doesn't stand behind his products. The service tech replaced our chairs twice and then sent two more out that were defective and needed repairs. Eight months of this BS and they won't take the chairs back for a full refund. Stay away!
I bought a table chairs and bar stools from Baer. It did not have a finish so the customer service guy said when he came out to look at it. He told me to send it back. Then the Baer's never got back to me. I thought they were a repuatable company. So much for that.
Worst customer service. Never a direct answer from ***** the salesman or *** the manager. Ordered living room set in August and am still waiting 6 month later. No-one can give a direct answers and will tell you whatever you want to here.
I just bought furniture for my family room from Ron ****** at Baer's at the Pembroke Pines store. I had been searching on line for hours and hours and going to all the large furniture stores such as Pallister's Leather Express, Eldorado, City Furniture, Rooms To Go, Ethen Allen, etc. except Baer's. I didn't go there because of the bad reviews that I had read. bought 2 curio cabinets and they came in with bad doors. customer service said to take the item and if it could not be fixed at home they would order two undamaged ones. now they are jerking me around to order new items... bought at west palm beach store.. Reported the company to my credit card company... would not recommend bears as they RIP YOU OFF AND HAVE CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE.. delivery guys did not even clean the unit they dropped it off and ran.. very bad customer service... go to city furniture they delivered my din... read more
