If they have a 50% sale it drops the price to 2 times it's worth. Logic on pricing gives red flag for concern.
We purchased our son's bedroom outfit there and we were fully impressed. Tim was very helpful and was always patient and offered excellent advice. When the delivery team came and installed the bed, they were courteous, professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend them!
Worst customer service ever. We selected a dining room table that they had on sale. The price was $2300.00. We weren't sure about the chairs since they had 6 and we needed 8. So we picked different chairs and the salesman Hector was supposed to call with the new price. Hector called on a Friday, and we agreed on a price of $2700.00, and suppose to go get the table on Monday. Wow.. walked the store for 20 mins.. passed multiple employees and was never acknowledged. I was looking for a desk and seen several pieces. Btw.. the multiple signs everywhere saying NO RETURNS & ALL SALES ARE FINAL are ridiculous.
Do not shop here, go somewhere that provides a "comfort guarantee." Having terrible back pain with the new bed, tried to exchange for a different brand, was ping-pong'd back and forth between the sales representative and customer service. Was told: "The sale is final and we do not service comfort issues. Just get use to it."
