2 weeks ago wrote a review on the Baer's Website. Someone at Bear's responded that Gary Peacock would be reaching out to me. He did and after many more lengthy phone calls and conversations....Guess what - no dresser and being told today by an email from the salesperson it will be January? January? What? I order a piece in August - have it delivered damaged several times and then still have to wait until next year? I have to keep calling them for an update, then wait on hold, hear somethings that simply are not true and I have to keep pursuing the conversations? Then have to be home at their deliveries times. Each time they try to make me take the damaged piece even though in the end - they agree it is damaged. What kind of customer service makes a client feel bad for trying to get a good quality piece of furniture - without damage. I am sooooooooooo tired of these people. Very disappointed that a family owned business who is trying to compete with other kinds of furniture companies does not have enough good customer service to truly make this right. I gave them a chance to give better service...I set them up for success but haven't heard back since that first phone call after the review below. Please have one of the owner's contact me. You have my # on file- it's on the same receipt where I paid in full in August.
