My mother came in today after coming to this business for 20 years. She was screamed at and abused. My father has ALS and the horrible person who works here used that to emotionally abuse my mother. This treatment came out of nowhere and is inexcusable. We will not do business here again and I urge anyone who reads this to do the same. These are immoral and disloyal people.
I am not quite sure what happened over the years with THIS business but my family and I won’t be using their services anymore. Customer service is horrific! The lady that answers the phone is down right cruel! If you hate your job (or own business) THAT much, then close shop!!
