Very unprofessional company. Their communication was unreliable, and they failed to follow through on what was agreed. I was asked to hold my truck, but after that, my calls were ignored and I never received the promised setup. The experience felt misleading and wasted my time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Very disappointing experience. I booked a load with an agent named Seth, and we finalized all the details. Based on his confirmation, I held my truck and turned down other opportunities because he promised to send the Highway setup link. I booked a load with an agent from this company named Seth. We agreed on all the terms, and I held my truck based on his commitment that he would send the setup link through Highway. After that, he stopped answering my calls and never called back. This company is unprofessional and wastes carriers' valuable time. Be careful when booking with them.
Literally the worst truck driver I have ever seen was from Badlands Tank Lines. This morning, between Heber and Park City, there were about 50 cars full of angry people stuck behind a Badlands driver on what is a 80mph freeway fast lane going 35mph for FIFTEEN MINUTES as he tried to pass another tanker. He never passed him and made it a completely unsafe situation for everyone on the road. People were honking, getting angry, desperate even, due to the negligent driver.
