Thank you for coming out to Park Tower Apartments in Madison. I wanted to let you know that someone has been stealing the recyclable material from inside of your dumpster. I reported it to the landlord and Wisconsin Management Company, but they never responded and do not seem to care, which is why I’m contacting you.
Had to call this company 3 times to find out why my commercial garbage picked up…. Still have an overflowing dumpster. Employees in the customer care department have little sympathy for the situation. I am very disappointed in this service and feel I’m not getting the services I’m paying for. I would not recommend this company.
