Absolutely the best store! I have found many quality pieces here and the last was a pair of Red Wing boots. I needed a men’s 7.5 and the owner helped me find what I needed in the catalog. Ordered them on Saturday in the store and on my front stoop on Wednesday. This store has been a treasure for many years. Thank you for my new favorite pair of boots!! Friendly staff, lots of inventory, knowledgeable and the best brands.
Woolen mills has the absolute best customer service I have ever received. I got a pair of red wings from them 3-4 months prior and they tore at the seems. I called red wing and they said to deal with the store. No questions asked, they gave me a new pair right away. That being said I will be buying boots from woolen mills the rest of my life!
Always have such interesting clothing there. Great selection of Irish wool sweaters.
The owner is so helpful. I had a great experience working with him.
