Horrible bank!! The loan officer is absolutely terrible. We over paid on our mortgage for an entire year. Instead of asking us where we would like the funds to go he put the extra 300 we paid each month for a year wherever he thought!! No! Never was your money!! Last week the teller couldn't do simple math and screwed up the amount I was paying. This has happened more than once now. We are also working with a realtor.
