After they outsourced their business overseas, it has been a completely disasters. My tax return for the past 3 years were all rejected by IRS and badger did not inform us at all. They don’t do any follow up. Trying to get hold of someone to reply you will take several weeks. I don’t recommend this firm what so ever.
Disorganized and neglectful—37 different people managed my account, leading to costly errors over 6 years.
