I recently completed a same-day sale and purchase with Badesha, and we were very happy with their services. I would recommend them to anyone handling real estate transactions in Abbotsford. I appreciated Harleen’s attention to detail during the signing, and Amy went the extra mile coordinating with third parties to ensure both deals closed on time.
Badesha and associates are thieves. They took my money but never provided the services. I paid deposit showed up for my appointment and provided all the information and next day they called and said they can’t proceed with my will so I asked for refund and they said it’s non refundable which I agreed if I cancel the appointment it’s not refundable but they are the ones who said no why can’t I get my refund. Be careful people with these guys that’s how they get rich take from poor people.
