DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am currently fighting for them to uphold the warranty I paid for. I have been going back and forth with the insurance company, repair company and badcock customer service to no avail. The Manager at the store is very nice and helpful but at the end of the day they do not stand up to warranty issues. I purchased a rocker recliner in November. I purchased the protection plan, and picked it up in store because $150 to drive it 2 blocks to my house was a ridiculous price. Now, 3 months later the screws on the base of the rocker have wallowed out. I am now told since I picked it up at the store, I have to bring it back to the store myself for repair or maybe replacement.
