Love the store. Highly recommend 10/10 sales rep treatment was excellent and the store was nice and clean
Yirkina Santana went out of her way to help us. We drove from Haines City to the badcock in Kissimmee because they could not help us and acted like they really didn't have time to help us at the Haines City badcock. We was able to get our couch and loveseat ordered and we only had to wait 4 days we're at badcock in Haines City told us that we would have to wait 2 weeks. We really like the service at the Kissimmee store.
DO NOT BUY ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS PLACE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FURNITURE QUALITY THAT HAS EVER BEEN MADE. Tried contacting Babcock via the phone number they sent me in response to my complaint but as usual no help, no answer and no manager available .
