At the Badcock South Boston VA location; Salesperson Lesley worked with me for the best purchase experience. The Delivery team Brandon and TJ was over top for professional service!! The truck was backed about a half mile up my driveway to avoid the wet lawn and not get stuck. The cargo was securely tied down to avoid any damage. They were experienced on safely handling of the merchandise off the truck. The men were polite and friendly and accommodating. The Best!! Thanks team!! Walt

Sales was great. Delivery has been horrible. We were supposed to get our couch today. At 12 no one had called us. We called them… they said 1, called them again at 2… they said it was on the way…. Called them around 4 and they said the people just left with it and that they would be to our house before the store closes at 6…. Well the store is closed… and it isn’t 6….they aren’t here, we aren’t going to have a couch in our new house to have family over for Easter tomorrow. Horrible experience.
