This is an Furniture Store with really bad bad service for replacement parts of guarantee.. I've been waiting my rails for a queen bed since 4 months ago and when the guys came to my home with the "new pieces" (they are kindness and friendly for they I don't have complain) they had the wrong pieces twice times.. and then I've been calling them week by week and they said next Wednesday and I really mad and disagree..
