Went to Eden Badcock today, been looking at a dual recliner there for the last 5 months. The original purchase price was $ 1800. Went back when it was 20% off. They marked it down to 1760.00. Do the math, that is not 20% off. Went back when it was 30% off. The price was 1600.00.. still not even 20% off. Came in today to the most nasty sales person I have ever met. It was marked down 50%, but they listed the original price as $2650.00. Therefore the 50% price is 1625.00. More than it was listed at 30% off because they changed... read more
The store is going out of business and I see why…The guy didn’t let us get to the sidewalk before he came out and said “we’re closing!!” While they sat at the door and talked!!!!
I'm glad this location is going out of business, management is rude and discriminatory.
The new manager is rude and doesn't treat her employees well. I was there last Friday and she was talking down to her employees and had a bad attitude towards me. I will never shop at this store again. Her name is Amber.
Without getting into details, I must say that we have experienced the best customer service out there at this Badcock store, given by the store manager himself. Adrian went above and beyond the traditional approach to ensure we were taken care of and left 100% satisfied. I will definitely be considering Badcock as my primary go-to place for furniture going forward, all thanks to this wonderful experience. Thanks again, guys!
