The customer service for corporate is horrendous. We bought a couch and returned it within 24 hrs and they said they processed our return, but we have not received our money back. Badcock corporate employees keep pushing it off saying that we issued a return, but we have not received any money back and they have already picked up the couches. So we are down 2 couches and over $1900 and nothing is being done as it keeps getting pushed under the rug. Semi-pro company. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a refund that was purchase... read more
