Bad experience bought 2 recliners when delivered cord for one was missing told they would go yo store and get one and bring it back I then called the store and was told the guys had left for the day, so I asked if I could come get it they said yes, got there and they had to find one not the one for my chair, took it home put it on chair went up but would not come down plugged it replugged it and it came down, seemed to work ok but after a few times it quit and would not come down I fell getting out of it called the store and... read more
Overall a great experience! Madison at the front desk was very helpful and quick to have everything I needed taken care of! Germaine and Rashad,(sorry if I misspelled your names) you were both extremely kind and professional as you came in to deliver and install everything. I noticed your attention to detail and how both of you were ensuring you didn’t damage anything as you were bringing in heavy furniture and appliances. You both were so friendly and helpful and I could not thank you enough for your hard work! 5/5 stars
