I PURCHASED A MATTRESS FROM THE OKEECHOBEE LOCATION. ALL SALES ARE FINAL DUE TO THEIR BANKRUPTCY. HOWEVER, WHEN THE MATTRESS WAS DELIVERED, IT WAS IN BAD CONDITION. THERE WERE STAINS (APPEAR TO BE COFFEE), THERE WAS A BURN HOLE IN THE MATTRESS (CIGARETTE). I UNDERSTAND ALL SALES FINAL, BUT NOT TO THIS EXTENT. I LOOKED AT THIS MATTRESS IN THE STORE AND EVEN TOOK PICTURES OF IT AND IT HAD NO VISUAL DAMAGE SUCH AS THIS.
