Came in to look at a lift chair on 7/27/24. We found one that we liked the price tag said $799 but it was 50% off making it $399. Got with a saleslady and was getting ready to purchase it but she then told us it was $1099 with 50% making it $549. There was no managers around to talk to so she lost that sale
If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a couch April of 2023 since then they have had to fix it numerous times due to the recliners breaking. They refuse to do an exchange or a return. Now after a year we no longer have a warranty and are expected to pay $3,000 for a couch that breaks twice a month. Pitiful.
I don't remember the names of the two ladies that were in the Lucedale, MS store on Monday 02/26/2024, but they are always the best! So kind, so patient, and very reassuring. We love doing business with Badcock of Lucedale.
