Be careful with this place if they’re taking automatic payments from your account. They continued to take payments after everything was paid off. The account read having a credit of hundreds of dollars and they never intended to stop taking the payments. Instead of sending a letter or email saying the items were paid off they just continued to take & take so when we called and had to tell them to stop and close the account now we have to wait two weeks to get our money refunded. I've been doing business with Badcock sense 03' and they have always have done a great job at the local stories. From the Lake Butler store to the Lake City store and now Eustis Florida store. I have no bad words or feeling with anyone at the local stores. They are Great People. Unfortunately the company has switch a lot of corporate things around.
