This is my first negative review I’ve been a customer of badcock for over 15 years and I have been extremely happy with them and their customer service. But I purchased a lift chair February 2022 and of course I wouldn’t have purchased it if I didn’t need it. I’ve had issues with it really ever since I got it not wanting to lift at times but it would eventually start back until March 2023 barely a year after the purchase.
