Anytime before, I would have given 5 stars. But now I'd rather give none. I have worked so hard on my credit and now it's above a 700. I have had an account with badcock for 2 years. And in those 2 years my credit amount for badcock went from $1,200.00 to $4,500.00 as of 3 or 4 months ago.. I went in there June 16th to get a washer and dryer only to find out that my credit with them has been completely erased and I had to "start over" with a $1,000 credit amount. These company has the worst customer service. Think twice about purchasing anything with them. I have spoken to different department on shore and offshore and not getting the help i need. Again avoid the hassle, think twice about buying!
