Absolutely awful, the customer service here is nice when u come in the store! I bought a chair for my grandmother when she got it home she had an issue with it! It was not the same one on the floor it was brand new I called up there I got the run around for weeks, they sent someone out there to look at the chair and the guy said they would be replacing it! I called back to see when and the lady at the desk said they had to get in touch with corporate! I would not recommend this place at all, the customer service is awful and... read more
