Hate to be the spoiler, but . . . Brandy was great, got I needed and wanted. Kudos!! Concerns: 1. delayed delivery (distributer issue). Never waited for 3 weeks for furniture to be delivered. So glad I wasn't in a hurry 2. Employee answering phone lacks customer service protocol on phone, and customer courtesy 3. ___ 4. All in all, good experience
Friendly & helpful sales associates with great prices. Delivery team professional & ensured item was correct before leaving. Will most definitely continue to do business with.
