I initially gave 5 star review. But day 2/3?, my chair had part come loose. Called store, told my sales person issue...then was referred to Emily, store Mgr. Told her issue, Sent pics. FOR well over an hour, she never responded back to me! I kept messaging, got her voicemail, and eventually she answered phone! After telling mgr. I would return chair, contact owner,she sent repairmen to my home. Still not fixed! Looks like they got their sale...n forget the customer after that!!
