I had the best customer experience today!!! I was greeted at the door with a smile by Phillip. He answered all of my questions, and helped me find a tv and a soundbar. I recommend anyone to stop by and see Phillip!!
Called the Edgewater store to inquire about repairing my less than 2 yr old recliner. Brandon arranged for a courtesy visit from repair tech. Brandon went above and beyond to hunt down a replacement back to fix my recliner. Perfect fix…and that’s what ya call ole fashion customer service. Nice job!
