I ordered a sectional with Badcock recently but through my indecision decision, I changed to a sofa loveseat combo instead; which i LOVE. The quality and features are exactly what I was looking for. I have had amazing customer service and communication from everyone from the Augusta store location to the delivery team. Great Job Augusta Team !
Went in to order a specific table which was on back order.. Denny was a tremendous help with picking out a much better dining room table..can't wait to receive it in my new apartment!! Thank you Denny for excellent customer service!!!

Amazing experience! The customer service exceeded all expectations. The staff were wonderful and helpful but not pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. The delivery staff were extremely professional and took extra care to safeguard my home and my furniture. I shopped around and the pricing was very competitive, I couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. I would highly recommend this store and their staff to anyone wanting to make a furniture purchase.
