Our recliner and couch recliners have broken. We bought the warranty. Trying to get them fixed has been a nightmare. After waiting a month to get our recliner fixed they told us they no longer have the part. Had to go pick out a new recliner that doesn’t match our couch and pay the difference because they did not have any for the same price that we paid. Still waiting to get our couch fixed on one recliner. Now the other just broke.I would have given them no stars but that is not an option.
People were welcoming and enjoyed working with Gwen. Found what we wanted. All questions were answered before and after our purchase. Will definitely come back..
Very good selection of merchandise and sales person was very helpful and polite.
